For referring professionals
Parole and probation officers, VA staff, hospital social workers, and county case managers can refer directly with this form. Choose "I'm a professional" and include your client's expected release or move-in date.
You can start a referral before your client's release date. We'll confirm we've received it within 1–2 business days.

Common questions
How long can I stay?
Up to about 12 months. How long you stay depends on your goals. You and your case manager check your progress often.
Is the home sober?
Yes. There are no drugs or alcohol in our homes. To live here, you agree to stay sober and follow the house rules.
Can people on parole or probation live here?
Yes. We work with people on parole or probation. We also work with their officers as part of the process.
How much does it cost?
It depends on each person and the help they can get to pay. We talk about cost on the first phone call. Please reach out, even if you are not sure you can pay.
Can someone apply before they get out?
Yes. Families, case managers, and staff can start a form before the release date. That way a home can be ready.
Do you help veterans?
Yes. We have a home program just for veterans. We help them sign up for VA health care, benefits, and housing help they may qualify for.
What if someone uses again?
We respond with support and clear rules. We look at each case with the person and their case manager. Keeping everyone in the home safe comes first.
Can couples or children live here?
No. Our homes are shared by single adults. If you need a home for a family, contact us. We will help you find the right place.
