Hope Renewed Partners offers transitional housing for up to about a year in shared, sober homes in Fair Oaks and Greater Pittsburgh. Every resident gets a stable room, clear expectations, and a case manager to help plan what comes next.
Re-entry Housing
A safe home base for people coming home from prison or jail.
Who it's for
- Adults returning home from state prison or county jail
- People on parole or probation, or with a justice history
- People releasing to Allegheny County or elsewhere in Western Pennsylvania
- Anyone ready to live sober and work toward independent housing
What's included
- A room in a shared, drug- and alcohol-free home
- Case management and a personal re-entry plan
- Help with ID, benefits, and required appointments
- Connections to job search and workforce programs
- Life-skills support: budgeting, transportation, household routines
What we expect
Stay drug- and alcohol-free, keep curfew, take part in house meetings, meet with your case manager, and follow the conditions of your supervision.
Recovery & Sober Living
A home with no drugs or alcohol. Clear rules and support for people in recovery.
Who it's for
- Adults in recovery from substance use
- People stepping down from inpatient treatment or a recovery program
- People who want accountability and support to stay on track
What's included
- A room in a shared, sober home
- Connection to outpatient treatment, meetings, and peer support
- Case management and a personal recovery plan
- Employment and life-skills support
What we expect
Stay drug- and alcohol-free, stay active in your recovery, keep curfew, take part in house meetings, and work, look for work, or join a program.
Veteran Housing
A place to live for veterans. We help you sign up for VA care and benefits.
Who it's for
- Veterans experiencing or at risk of homelessness
- Veterans returning home from incarceration
- Older veterans and veterans in recovery
What's included
- A room in a shared, sober home
- Case management with VA coordination for health care and benefits
- Help applying for longer-term housing programs, such as HUD-VASH
- Recovery, employment, and life-skills support
