Hope Renewed Partners provides structured, supportive transitional housing in Fair Oaks and Greater Pittsburgh for people rebuilding their lives after incarceration, addiction, or military service.
Why we exist
Coming home from prison, finishing treatment, or leaving the military can mean starting over with very little: no lease, no references, and no quiet place to plan the next step. Without a stable address, it's hard to hold a job, stay sober, or meet the conditions of supervision.
Hope Renewed Partners exists to close that gap. We offer a safe, sober home, clear expectations, and a case manager who helps each resident build toward lasting independence, for up to about a year.
Our work is rooted in faith and in a simple conviction: every person deserves a real chance to begin again.

Where we serve
Our homes are in Fair Oaks, in the residential neighborhoods just outside Pittsburgh. We serve residents from Allegheny County and welcome referrals from across Western Pennsylvania.
